1. Hard Drawn Wire
|

RM’s hard
drawn wire is manufactured in coils
and is available in diameters
ranging from 2.00mm to 12.00mm. The
tested yield stress of the wire is
at least 480Mpa, with ultimate
tensile strength of 500Mpa. The
clean and smooth wire is often used
for plating, coating, and general
wire working purposes such as
display stands, trolley, baskets,
chains, fasteners.

Manufactured to Malaysia standard MS
144:2001, or standard JIS G3532, the
wire is well accepted by many users
in both local and oversea countries,
most particularly in Australia and
Asia pacific.

RM Wire abides by the MS
145:2001(Malaysia), BS
4483:1998 standards to
produce the steel welded
fabric wire mesh. RM’s wire
mesh is machine-made, with
joints at the intersections
of the main and cross wires
made by special electrical
resistance welding processes
to provide shear resistance
at the joints complying with
the MS 145:2001 standard.
The application of the wire
mesh is mainly used in the
construction industry.
